for One Person

Each package stretches over a 4 week period.

One supervised sessions per week, which could be but is not limited to…

resistance training, boxing, cardiovascular training, flexibility training, and/or mobility training.

Daily nutritional guidance.

Additional supplementary nutritional advice,

if required to ensure your body has what it needs to improve and transform.

On call/text or message for advise and/or assistance.

£35 per single session with no commitment,

or invest in yourself and commit to your goal to gain a £5 reduction on each session,

£30 per session for 4 sessions, 1 per week @ £120

Or for a further 5% reduction each month…

*…for eligibility, a minimum of 3 months commitment of payments via direct debit.
