Each package stretches over a 4 week period.

Two supervised sessions per week, which could be but is not limited to…

resistance training, boxing, cardiovascular training, flexibility training, and/or mobility training.

Daily nutritional guidance.

Additional supplementary & nutritional advice, if required to ensure your body has what it needs to improve and transform.

A call/text or message for advice and/or assistance.

£35 per single session, no committing,

or Invest in yourself and commit to your goal to gain a £7.50 reduction on each session,

£27.50 per session, for 8 sessions 2 per week @ £220

Or for a further 5% reduction each month…

*…for eligibility a minimum of 3 month commitment to payment via direct debit.
