Three supervised sessions per week, which could be but is not limited to…
resistance training, boxing, cardiovascular training, flexibility training, and/or mobility training.
Daily nutritional guidance.
Additional supplementary & nutritional advice, if required to ensure your body has what it needs to improve and transform.
Plus a cardiovascular exercise program for those days of unsupervised exercise.
A call/text or message away from advice and/or assistance.
£35 per single session with no committing
or invest in yourself and commit to your goal to gain a £10 reduction on each session,
£25 per session for 12 sessions, 3 per week, £300.
Or for a further 5% reduction each month…
*…for eligibility a minimum of 3 month commitment to payment via direct debit.
